I. General Provisions
These terms and conditions govern the mutual rights and obligations of the seller and the buyer when purchasing through the online store proust.cz.

These terms and conditions are an integral part of the purchase contract concluded between the seller and the buyer.
II. Product Information and Prices
Product information, including prices, is listed in the online store catalog. Product prices include VAT (12% for coffee) and all related fees. Prices remain valid for as long as they are displayed in the online store.
All product presentations in the catalog are for informational purposes, and the seller is not obligated to enter into a purchase contract for said products.
III. Order and Contract Formation
The buyer places an order through the order form on the website. The order contains information about the ordered goods, payment method, delivery address, and the buyer's contact details.
The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the seller via email.
The seller reserves the right to decline an order, particularly if the goods are unavailable.
IV. Payment Terms
The buyer pays for the goods by bank transfer to the seller's account. Payment instructions are sent to the buyer by email after order confirmation.
Goods are dispatched once payment has been credited to the seller's account.
V. Delivery Terms
Goods are shipped via the selected carrier to the address specified by the buyer in the order. Shipping costs are listed in the order form.
Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days from payment receipt.
The risk of damage to the goods passes to the buyer upon receipt of the goods.
VI. Withdrawal from Contract
The buyer — consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods pursuant to Section 1829 of the Czech Civil Code.
The withdrawal notice shall be sent by the buyer to eva@proust.cz or by post to the seller's address. The buyer may use the sample withdrawal form below.
The seller shall return the funds received to the buyer within 14 days of the withdrawal, using the same payment method used by the buyer.
The buyer bears the cost of returning the goods to the seller.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods delivered in a sealed package that has been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

VII. Rights from Defective Performance (Complaints)
The rights and obligations of the contractual parties regarding rights from defective performance are governed by the relevant provisions of the Czech Civil Code (in particular Section 2099 et seq.).
The seller warrants to the buyer that the goods are free of defects upon receipt. The buyer is entitled to exercise a right from a defect that occurs within 24 months of receipt.

VIII. Alternative Dispute Resolution
The Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), with registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, ID: 000 20 869, www.coi.gov.cz, is the competent body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes arising from the purchase contract.
The online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr may be used to resolve disputes between the seller and the buyer.
The European Consumer Centre Czech Republic, with registered office at Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, www.evropskyspotrebitel.cz, is the contact point under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council.
IX. Final Provisions
All arrangements are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If the relationship related to the use of the website or the legal relationship established by the purchase contract contains an international element, it shall be governed by Czech law.
These terms and conditions are valid and effective from the date stated above. The seller reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions. Amended terms will be published on the website.
