Eva Černíková — founder
Proust was born from a love of coffee and a desire to share its stories. Eva Černíková began roasting coffee in a small workshop with the conviction that every bean deserves individual attention. Today, Proust offers specialty coffees from around the world, roasted in small batches with an emphasis on quality and freshness.
Our philosophy
We believe in quality over quantity. Every coffee we roast goes through a careful selection — from green beans to the final check. We work directly with farmers and importers who share our values: transparency, sustainability, and respect for origin.
Where our coffees come from
Our beans travel from plantations in Brazil, Ethiopia, Honduras, Colombia, Mexico, Tanzania, Nicaragua, and Burundi. Each origin brings a unique flavor profile — from the citrus freshness of Ethiopian Yirgacheffe to the chocolate richness of Brazilian beans.
